Richard and Kirsten Agar have 45 years’ IYENGAR Yoga teaching experience between them. Both senior pupils of BKS Iyengar, Richard holds the Senior Intermediate Level 3 Certificate and Kirsten holds the Senior Intermediate Level 2 Certificate. They are both approved teacher trainers and Richard is a Moderator and Kirsten a Teacher Assessor for the Iyengar Yoga Association (UK). They frequently attend courses taught by the Iyengars and their senior pupils in India and elsewhere. They both run The Bath Iyengar Yoga Centre and are regular contributors to Iyengar Yoga News.
