Teachers and training
Iyengar yoga has a demanding training system which ensures the highest quality teaching. Teachers are skilled in adapting poses to suit individual students.
Teachers train for at least six years and complete regular professional development.
Iyengar yoga teachers are committed to sharing the method taught by the late B.K.S. Iyengar, one of the world’s most influential yoga masters, whose teaching was firmly rooted in the yoga philosophy of India.
